About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Revenue Manager to join our team at Accor Brazil. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and optimizing pricing strategies for our hotels.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Pricing and Revenue Management
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy levels.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to ensure our hotels remain competitive.
  • Collaborate with hotel teams to ensure effective pricing and revenue management practices.
Data Analysis and Reporting
  • Analyze hotel performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimize revenue strategies.
  • Prepare and present regular revenue reports to hotel management and stakeholders.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing decisions.
Communication and Collaboration
  • Communicate effectively with hotel teams, management, and stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation of revenue management strategies.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
Forecasting and Planning
  • Develop and maintain accurate revenue forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with hotel teams to develop and implement revenue growth strategies.

Requirements

  1. Education and Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in revenue management or a related field.
Skills and Competencies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
  • Fluency in English and Portuguese.
