Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Revenue Manager to join our team at Accor. As a key member of our revenue management team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing revenue for our hotels, ensuring alignment with our brand strategy and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pricing and Revenue Management: Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximize revenue, taking into account market trends, competition, and company financial objectives.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze hotel performance data to support strategic decision-making, prepare monthly reports, and identify areas for improvement.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including reservations, reception, commercial, F&B, and management, to ensure consistent implementation of defined strategies and policies.
  • Forecasting and Planning: Provide dynamic forecasts to support the preparation of the annual revenue budget and manage the monthly forecast process.

Requirements

  • Education and Experience: Master's degree in Revenue Management for hotels, with experience in a similar role and knowledge of revenue management systems.
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proficiency in Excel, and fluency in Spanish and English.
