Descripción

Reportando al Director General, sus principales responsabilidades serán:

Gestionar y supervisar un modelo analítico útil y eficiente para la toma de decisiones a nivel financiero para reportar al Director General y Comité;
Diseñar y elaborar modelos de presupuesto y de forecast junto a seguimiento y control, que incluye también el control del cash forecast;
Preparar el reporting package, que incluye el Balance Consolidado a la matriz;
Elaborar, implantar y desarrollar los procesos y los procedimientos administrativos de la empresa;
Gestionar la documentación relativa a seguros de transporte y otros seguros;
Gestionar los acuerdos con la empresa matriz por servicios centrales, sumado a todos los contratos correspondientes con clientes y proveedores;
Supervisar y controlar las actividades de contabilidad, tesorería, facturación, cobros y pagos, teniendo en cuenta los plazos y los procedimientos existentes;
Supervisar y controlar el cumplimiento y presentación dentro de los plazos de los Libros Oficiales y declaraciones fiscales a las autoridades competentes;
Preparar las cuentas anuales y la coordinación de la auditoría como también la planificación de la tesorería a medio y largo plazo;
Negociar y mejorar las condiciones existentes con las entidades financiera;
Fomentar e identificar oportunidades específicas de desarrollo para el personal de su equipo, ofreciendo consejos constructivos y creando oportunidades personalizadas para su crecimiento, fomentando buenas prácticas y mejora de procesos.

¿A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?

Buscamos un perfil ADE/Económicas con al menos 5 años en roles de Dirección financiera, y experiencia actual o pasada dentro del mundo logístico. Un perfil que tenga experiencia en manejo de equipos medianos (más de 10 personas) que pueda apoyar y construir un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo en búsqueda de mejora constante. A nivel sistemas idealmente con experiencia en ERP World Class como SAP, Oracle o Ms Dynamics. Persona empática, empoderada dentro de su rol, con foco en 3 grandes áreas, controlling, contabilidad y tesorería y compras.
