As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for supporting the location hotel finance team on finance operations and assisting with task force assignments across Europe.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement property-wide strategies that deliver products and services to meet or exceed the needs and expectations of our target customers and property employees.
- Provide financial expertise to enable the successful implementation of our brand service strategy and brand initiatives while maximizing return on investment.
- Engage in strategic planning and decision-making, including estimating costs and benefits, exploring new business opportunities, and analyzing financial data and market trends.
- Lead finance teams, utilizing interpersonal and communication skills to influence and encourage others, and advocate sound financial and business decision-making.
- Oversee internal, external, and regulatory audit processes.
**Requirements**
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major.
- Master's degree in Finance and Accounting or related major.
- Fluent in English and Spanish or Italian or French.
- Experience in the hotel industry as a Director of Finance.
- Flexibility to travel (90% of the time).
- Positive attitude and ability to connect with the team.
