Job Title: Finance Director Iberia

Ferring Pharmaceuticals is seeking a highly skilled Finance Director to lead our Iberia region. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for managing the finances and finance organization of Ferring in Iberia.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the finances and finance organization of Ferring in Iberia
  • Oversee local logistics and supply chain management
  • Develop a broad understanding of finance targets across the local Ferring organization
  • Build capacity for the local finance team to develop
  • Play an important role as a business partner to the cluster management team
  • Be accountable for driving key processes at the operational level
Requirements:
  • University degree in Finance or Economics
  • 10+ years' experience in Finance and sound experience in multinational environments
  • Strong solid understanding of financial and accounting principles and processes
  • Solid experience in leading teams, on- and offshore
  • Experience with SAP-HANA implementation will be a plus
  • Strong project and change management skills
  • Analytical mindset and be a self-starter, being able to see opportunities and solve problems independently
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Work independently with the ability to influence multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a decentralized finance structure
  • Ability to set long-term financial targets and sponsor performance improvement projects
  • Professional business English (oral and written)
  • Professional business Spanish Italian
