About the Role

The Drug Product Division (DPD) is a business unit within the Pharma Services Group, operating as a Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) for large and specialty pharma and biotech companies. As a Senior Director of Finance, you will play a crucial role in steering the long-term growth of the business while ensuring execution of short-term objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver financial objectives through efficient resource utilization and improved execution
  • Own all financial processes, including forecasting in close collaboration with Supply Chain and Business Management
  • Leverage the captive finance shared service centre (India) under the supervision of the Global Business Services team
  • Report into Group and Corporate through the standard reporting system suites and monthly and quarterly operational reviews
  • Fiduciary responsibilities involving balance sheet accuracy, internal and external audits, SOX and Systems Access compliance
