Job Summary

Marriott International is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Finance Europe to join our team. As a key member of our finance leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic financial guidance and support to our European operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and forecasts to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial reports to ensure accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders.
  • Financial Operations: Oversee financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash management.
  • Leadership and Development: Lead and develop a team of finance professionals to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Strategic Partnerships: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and profitability through strategic partnerships and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in finance leadership roles, with a proven track record of driving business growth and profitability.
  • Skills: Strong financial planning and analysis skills, with the ability to develop and implement financial plans and forecasts. Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to lead and develop a team of finance professionals.
