About the Role Purpose:

  • The purpose of this role is to define the long & mid-term commercial transformation strategy for this market & its countries.
  • Lead the development & implementation of an omnichannel strategy.
  • Ensure the sales organization is equipped with exceptional capabilities to achieve Every Day Great Execution.

Job Dimensions:

  • Work within the market (reporting to Commercial Director and collaborating with all other functions).
  • Close connections with Global Sales to ensure market alignment to the global strategy and best practices.

What You Will Be Responsible For:

  • Set the EDGE ambition and engage in-market MD, Category & Revenue Growth Director & Commercial Directors to deliver it.
  • Deliver all elements of EDGE in the market (systems implementation, execution reporting, reward systems, capability plan).
  • Develop a sophisticated route to consumer to differentiate from the competition.
  • Lead change management of commercial & business workstreams, including communication plans & capability interventions.
  • Mentor the Business Effectiveness team for outstanding performance.
  • Lead the Health & Safety agenda in the market.

About You:

  • 10+ years of commercial experience and/or commercial transformation background.
  • Proven track record in execution and critical thinking.
  • Ability to influence and partner at a senior level.
  • Experience in change management and commercial strategy development.
  • Ability to drive transformation through the organization.

  • Craft a commercial transformation ambition and an EDGE plan to deliver it.
  • Lead the deployment of EDGE and change with commercial leadership teams.
  • Demonstrate shared accountability for implementation.
  • Build credibility with senior collaborators and mentor a high-performing team.
  • Growth mindset, agile, change agent.
  • Knowledge of Spanish is advantageous.
