Our Global Commercial team team is growing, and we are looking for a
Head of Business Development to be based in Latam or in Spain.

Reporting to the CCO, this is a high impact position and you'll be responsible for developing and building the practice from scratch jointly with 2 Direct reports.
You'll be a key member of the Commercial team, steering the future of the business line.
In this position you will work closely to the Sales, Account Management, Product, Marketing, Tech, IT and Operations team to address the pain points that the execution teams are passing by and light on strategic initiaves that are not yet mature to move to execution (the future of PayRetailers).
Job Duties And Responsibilities:
- Lead the Global Commercial team to deliver the different adequacy projects of the division that impact the whole commercial operation
- The Business Development division will work on 4 different streams:
- Processes (Internal and External)
- Commercial Enablement (Sales, Account Management and Commercial Operation teams)
- Analytics/Business Intelligence generated along the commercial processes (pre and post sales)
- Market Development & Global Commercial Strategy (strategic projects that will spam the future of PayRetailers)
- Accountability on completion of Project Performance goals to meet business objectives.
- Ensure optimal quality of project execution and reviews.
- Ensure that critical aspect is identified in reviews and proactively / professionally addressed and followed up.
- Manage the situation of the project milestones & deadlines
- Make sure that key stakeholders are aligned toward project goals.
Experience And Qualifications:
- BS/Master Degree in Business Administration or in the relevant field
- 5 to 10 years working in fast paces B2B Payment/Tech firm with team management expertise.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Business acumen with a problemsolving attitude.
- Detailoriented and able to prioritize.
- Selfstarter and able to work efficiently under pressure.
- Fluent in English written and spoken, on top of Spanish and or Portuguese.
- Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and Clevel.
- The ability to research and identify problems, develop proposals, conduct analysis independently and in collaboration with others.
- An ability to deliver projects and answer inquiries on time.
- Ability to deliver excellent customer experience.
- Skilled in defining processes, KPIs, and guidance for teams to follow.
- A true multitasker, able to manage multiple workloads, projects and priorities.
