Position Summary:


In this role, you will be in charge of the Business development strategy of our different lines of business, services and products.

You will also own the relationships with our discerning clients, the owners of the properties we sell, rent and/or property manage as well as all the key developers of the new developments that we represent.

Additionally, you will be in charge of finding new products to enrich our portfolio, building relationships with new key developers, agencies, collaborators and any key stakeholders who represent a potential source of business on the product sourcing side.

Ultimately, the long term responsibility of this role is expansion beyond Barcelona and possibly beyond Spain. You will report to the CEO and work closely with the head of strategy.

More specifically, these will be your responsibilities:

  • You will be responsible for the rental and sales product strategy in alignment with the overall company strategy. You will be working closely with our head of strategy and the CEO to ensure alignment and consistency.
  • You will lead business development, building great relationships with developers and owners and finding new investors. You will be our customer champion for owners, developers, and investors.
  • You will be in charge of evaluating property values based on market analysis.
  • You will be responsible for the execution of our product strategy as well and for supporting the commercial team in managing their active leads. More specifically you will be responsible for the collaboration agreements and negotiations with owners, developers and other agencies, for the coordination of the followup of new properties to add to our portfolio
  • You will be in charge of new business development opportunities. New Luxury development Projects and Investors management. You will be responsible for scouting new development opportunities, finding investors through our network, and managing and coordinating the preparation of the presentation material.
  • You will be in charge of UPSELLING our lines of collateral lines business like PM; ID; concierge.
  • Additionally, later on, this role will also be in charge of testing the scalability potential of our business model in other Cities / Countries beyond Barcelona and Spain.
  • You will be managing a team of one or two people: property sourcing specialists.
