Our client has a leading position in specialised diagnostics, specializing in Hemostasis, Acute Care Diagnostics and Transfusion. The company's strategic hubs in the US and Europe drive innovation, with 2022 sales reaching several billions.

Role Overview:


On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Head of Corporate Accounts and Business Development Europe professional to drive strategic growth within the private lab segment across Europe.

This role involves developing strategies, coordinating commercial activities, and exploring new customer segments.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Europe-wide private lab segment strategy.
  • Serve as the primary contact for Pan-European Lab Groups.
  • Create a compelling value proposition for the private lab segment.
  • Identify and access new customer segments.
  • Develop pricing strategies and ensure price discipline.

Objectives:

  • Map market trends and opportunities.
  • Define and implement strategic business plans.
  • Build collaboration models with local affiliates.
  • Establish long-term partnerships with Pan-European private lab groups.
  • Gather market intelligence for future product development.
  • Lead commercial projects and manage negotiations at the C-level.

Profile:

  • Proven experience in managing large customer accounts in healthcare.
  • Established network of relevant stakeholders preferred.
  • Ability to innovate business and revenue models.
  • Proficiency in developing pricing models and strategies
This role is preferably based in Spain but open to other locations, Travel approx. 50%
