ROLE & IMPACT

At Partoo, we have two types of clients: the Enterprises, business that have more than 20 point of sales and the SMB's (Small & Medium businesses). With our 2025 goals in mind, we are looking for a Business Development Representative who will be in charge of the international expansion, BDR team grow and win new markets

Your goal? Ensure Partoo understand the region, and attract new clients.

ROLE BASED IN BARCELONA

Miquel: Miquel is an energetic, enthusiastic person who enjoys challenges and achieving personal goals which easily explains his love for sports He has practised swimming and water polo for a while but also loves running, he sporadically took part in many races across Spain. He also enjoys Soccer, Basketball, paddle and cycling.

Sara: ​After working in the cosmetics industry in Italy, Sara moved two years ago to Barcelona, the city of her dreams She joined Partoo's Spanish office and is responsible for finding new prospects in the Italian market. She is also passionate about yoga and holistic disciplines, as well as festivals ​.

Esteban: Born in Barcelona, but he has lived most of his life in Lima. He moved to Paris 4 years ago. He is a chill and sociable person, always eager to learn something new every day. Some of his hobbies include playing football and chess and watching F1. His main passion is however listening to music: from 80's rock to hip hop including house and Brazilian music

MISSIONS

Contact prospects via cross-channel touch points in order to obtain qualified appointments with decision-makers (marketing/digital directors).Manage incoming leads and answer their queries about our solutions.Give an excellent first impression to our prospects and manage the relationship for the long term.Work hand in hand with the International Sales team to increase their sales pipeline, develop sales and help build a first class team.Maintain a quality relationship with our various leads through follow ups, personalised and creative messages to increase the interest of our prospects in our solutions.Achieve monthly objectives of booking first meetings, creating new opportunities and concrete salesGenerate new business opportunities on events, through marketing and various initiatives.Prospect new accounts in the regionKeep clean data on Salesforce, your main CRM toolIT'S A MATCH First experience in SaaS sales relevant role is required.Native German and fluent English is mandatoryExcellent oral and written communication, ease with cold callingExcellent organisational skillsDynamic, agile and always positiveLoves challenges and has a true performance cultureA genuine desire to grow and succeed in a technological societyTaking initiatives and overachieving targetsGood analytical skillsRECRUITMENT PROCESS A 30' interview with Jeadyne, Intl.
