Role: Sales Development Representative with Dutch- Graduate

Job Description: Join HPE as a Sales Development Representative and drive deals from qualification to close, establishing key relationships and gaining international experience. In this role, you will:

  • Collaborate with field sales teams, channel partners, and end customers to finalize sales opportunities.
  • Develop sales strategies and relationships for assigned accounts, territories, or industries.
  • Manage activities from configuration preparation to contract conclusion and rollout management.
  • Take ownership of turnover and margins.

Your Impact:

  • Sell standard solutions for assigned accounts based on account strategies.
  • Create account plans for accounts of low to medium complexity.
  • Coordinate with outside sales, channel partners, and end customers to close sales opportunities.
  • Identify and qualify leads for the Inside Sales team.
  • Build a targeted sales pipeline.

Requirements:

  • Must be Native Dutch and Fluent in English.
  • Skilled in partnering, innovating, and execution.
  • Recent degree completion within the last 12 months, preferably in IT/International Business.
  • Familiarity with the IT industry, competitors, and sales models.
  • Highly self-motivated, team-oriented, with strong communication and negotiation skills.
