Job Description:
Broox, a leader in AI analytics and interactive solutions for Digital Signage and Digital Out of Home (DOOH) advertising, is on the hunt for a proactive and detail-oriented Junior Sales Development Representative to join our dynamic team.
In this role, you'll be diving into the world of AI analytics and digital advertising, focusing on prospecting, lead research, and maintaining relationships with current accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in active prospecting and lead research to identify potential clients in the AI and digital advertising space.
- Manage inbound leads via LinkedIn and other social networks, developing strategies for effective followup.
- Maintain and grow relationships with current accounts, ensuring continuous engagement and identifying upselling opportunities.
- Handle CRM database management, ensuring all client interactions and updates are accurately recorded.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine sales strategies based on market trends and client feedback.
- Participate in networking and industry events to expand professional connections and market knowledge.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or related field.
- Strong communication, research, and networking skills.
- Proficient in CRM software, social media platforms (especially LinkedIn), and lead generation tools.
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices, particularly in the tech industry.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
- Keen interest in technology, AI analytics, and digital advertising trends.
