Reclutar y gestionar tu equipo :
Junto con el equipo de Selección atraerás a los mejes consultes/as (haciendo busqueda de CVs, realizando entrevista). Serás responsable de cuidar de tu equipo dándoles sopte en toda su proyección labal.
Gestionar la estrategia comercial del equipo, codinando los esfuerzos del equipo de Desarrollo de NegocioRequisitos mínimos5-7 años de experiência como Business Development Manager o Head of Business DevelopementLicenciatura en Administración de Empresas, Ingeniería o un campo relacionado.
