We're establishing a new Global Capability Center in Barcelona supporting our global commercial and functional teams.

Job Description Are you ready to take on a pivotal role that drives strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the EMEA region? We're seeking a dynamic individual to fill the position of Head of Business Operations & Strategic Initiatives EMEA at Galderma.

As a critical member of our team, you'll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, enabling effective decision-making and spearheading key projects that shape our regional success.

Key Responsibilities Lead Program & Project Management strategy and programs, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
Design and implement best practices/templates for program/project management, offering guidance and mentorship to project teams.
Influence strategic direction by providing consolidated project status and financial information to leadership.
Analyze dependencies across multiple projects and manage budgets, staffing, and resources efficiently.
Focus on formulating and implementing strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize shareholder value.
Facilitate internal communication channels, including Town Halls and leadership exposure within EMEAC.
Oversee governance processes, including planning, execution, and follow-up on key meetings.
Foster strong relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and external parties, influencing and negotiating effectively.
Skills & Qualifications Master's degree or PhD in Specialist areas.
3-5 years of project management experience, preferably in the life sciences industry.
Consulting background with experience in management/strategy consulting, private equity, or related fields.
Exceptional communication skills (written/verbal) and interpersonal acumen.
Strong strategic, financial, and analytical capabilities.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.
Proven organizational agility, negotiation skills, and attention to detail.
