Job description

The Talent Acquisition Lead manages the day-to-day operations and strategies for the whole Benelux & Nordics perimeter.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Director, the Talent Acquisition Lead is to:

Team Management:
Coach, train and develop your team members creating a strong organizational structure. Our Benelux/Nordics team is composed of 8 Talent Acquisition experts

Strategy:

Demonstrate innovation and creative thinking on starting and developing recruitment strategies on all the possible attraction channels: employer branding, referral, institutional/educational partnerships and direct sourcing.


Financial Management:
Creation and presentation of the budget for your region to the Executive Committee

Communication:

Be comfortable shifting gears from deeply complex strategy discussions alongside the Executive VP and Regional Directors, to rolling up your sleeves to get things done.


Amaris Ambassador:
Exhibit an infectious can-do attitude and be the warrant of the group global standards and initiatives

Compliance:
Ensure legal and regulatory compliance within processes managed by TA in support of HR (GDPR, ISOs, etc.)

You should be an experienced HR expert with a keen understanding of practices and processes related to acquire and nurture talents:
A minimum of 4-year experience working as a talent acquisition lead or talent acquisition manager with a strong proven track record in a fast-paced environment
Excellent at both verbal and written communication with good attention to details
You speak fluent English & French
Ability to work independently; Problem solving; Proactive
Proven ability to contribute towards the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives to meet the needs of the organization
