Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our People Operations department, you will be responsible for attracting and retaining top talent in technical, operational, and clinical/medical roles across Spanish and international markets.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and attract top talent, ensuring a positive candidate experience and making data-driven hiring decisions.
  2. Employee Onboarding and Integration: Oversee the onboarding process to ensure new hires feel welcome and integrated into the organization, fostering a sense of belonging and providing the necessary tools and support for success.
  3. Performance Management and Development: Establish and oversee performance evaluation systems and metrics, promoting employee growth and contributing to the startup's success.
  4. Employee Engagement and Retention: Create a positive and engaging work environment that promotes employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention, developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives and supporting managers in addressing employee concerns.
  5. Payroll and Benefits: Oversee the administration of competitive compensation and benefits programs, conducting market research, managing internal salary reviews, and consulting on the company compensation strategy.
  6. Learning and Development: Identify and address employees' learning and development needs, proposing and conducting company training programs, and promoting the use of the company Learning policy.
  7. Employee Relations and Compliance: Serve as a point of contact for employee relations issues, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of employees and adherence to legal requirements and company policies.
  8. People Ops and Systems: Oversee People operations, maintaining employee records, managing company systems, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations and local legislation.
  9. Team Management: Fulfill the Team Manager role for a small People Team, adhering to Idoven standards.
Requirements
  1. You are passionate about contributing to Idoven's mission of saving lives through cardiology by attracting and supporting top talent.
  2. You possess fluent English and a good level of Spanish.
  3. You hold a relevant degree.
  4. You have at least 5 to 7 years of experience in the People space.
  5. You have at least 3 years of demonstrated experience in People strategist roles.
  6. You have at least 3 years of demonstrated and hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment, with a focus on Tech and MedTech.
  7. You have at least 2 years of demonstrated experience overseeing People Ops and processes.
  8. You have successfully operated on the Spanish market, ensuring effective employee relations and compliance.
  9. You possess a proactive and structured mindset, thriving in startup environments.
  10. You enjoy working with people and building connections to drive results.
  11. Ideally, you have experience in product-driven companies.
  12. Experience with ATS and HR IS systems is a plus.
