The Talent Acquisition Team at Celonis

Celonis is a dynamic and rapidly expanding organization, and our Talent Acquisition team plays a crucial role in driving our international growth. We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Project Manager to join our global team on a 6-month fixed-term contract.

The Role

As the Talent Acquisition Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering Talent Acquisition initiatives that support the long-term growth of the business. You will partner closely with our talent team, internal stakeholders, vendors, and hiring leaders to ensure our hiring acceleration sprint initiatives are successfully executed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage complex project plans for TA initiatives
  • Lead project teams in the successful delivery of projects within scope, on time, and within budget
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members
  • Produce and distribute project status reports to relevant stakeholders
  • Leverage our TA tech stack to develop reporting and insights to shape the direction of hiring sprints
Stakeholder Collaboration

You will work closely with TA leadership and other key stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables. You will lead proactive communication on project updates, including successes, challenges, and risks to stakeholders at various levels.

Vendor Management

You will foster partnership with TA suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services. You will manage output of RPO Partner and conduct weekly updates, monthly meetings, and QBRs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience delivering projects within Talent Acquisition for a scaling Technology, SaaS, or Product business
  • Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills
  • Experience working in an agile project delivery environment
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
