About the Role

The Talent Acquisition team at Celonis plays a pivotal role in driving the company's international expansion. As a Talent Acquisition Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering Talent Acquisition initiatives that support the long-term growth of the business. You will partner closely with the talent team, internal stakeholders, vendors, and hiring leaders to ensure the successful execution of hiring acceleration sprint initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage complex project plans for TA initiatives.
  • Lead project teams in the successful delivery of projects within scope, on time, and within budget.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project team members.
  • Produce and distribute project status reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Leverage the TA tech stack to develop reporting and insights to shape the direction of hiring sprints.
  • Collaborate with TA leadership and other key stakeholders to define project objectives and deliverables.
  • Drive collaboration around delivery targets and set the cadence for project activities.
  • Foster partnership with TA suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience delivering projects within Talent Acquisition for a scaling Technology, SaaS, or Product business.
  • Project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills.
  • Experience working in an agile project delivery environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
