About This Role

As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator for the EMEA region, you will be part of a global and diverse community of colleagues at American Express. Your role will involve supporting Talent Acquisition Partners, managers, hiring leaders, and candidates in their tasks and activities during the pre-offer recruitment process.

Your Key Responsibilities

  1. Support the Talent Acquisition Partners, managers, hiring leaders, and candidates in their tasks and activities during the pre-offer recruitment process.
  2. Answer queries addressed to the Recruitment Support mailbox sent by candidates who need support with their application process, redirecting questions to talent acquisition partners as required.
  3. Keep up-to-date with all the documentation and guidelines required by the Global Talent Acquisition process for pre-offer, including communication templates with candidates and hiring leaders.
  4. Review requisitions, format, and submit them for approvals.
  5. Update daily trackers and report to track requisition status and assign to relevant managers and talent acquisition partners.
  6. Responsible for ensuring data integrity related to pre-offer requisition management in partnership with talent acquisition partners.
  7. Support with interview scheduling and coordinating diary availabilities.
  8. Provide ad-hoc reporting support – OBI, interview tracking – for the assigned markets.
  9. Provide support to EMEA markets based on volumes projections and advice from GTA workforce planning team.
  10. May support with some sourcing and market mapping activities.
