Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition & People Partner team, you will be responsible for recruiting top sales talent for our Belgian market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including analysis of needs, publication of job ads, selection of CVs, and conducting interviews.
  • Develop and implement a sourcing strategy for each job opening, leveraging various techniques to attract top candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with current and new partners, including job boards, to improve CV acquisition.
  • Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires, collaborating with the administrative team to ensure a smooth transition.
  • Continuously improve the candidate experience, proposing enhancements to the recruitment process while respecting group-level guidelines.
Requirements:
  • First international experience in HR, with a strong understanding of the importance of recruiting top talent.
  • Fluency in French and English, with Dutch being a significant plus.
  • Objective-focused, proactive, and a team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze candidates' abilities and propose innovative solutions to recruitment challenges.
