Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be part of the global Talent Acquisition Team, responsible for attracting and hiring top talent for the Internship & Graduate program at AWWG's Head Quarters in Madrid and International Offices and Showrooms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage recruitment processes to ensure vacancies are filled within scope, budget, and timeframe.
  • Execute the Corporate Onboarding process, including company presentations, welcome kits, and office tours.
  • Build a recruitment talent pool and benchmark the fashion industry.
  • Develop and lead strategic Talent Acquisition projects, such as Employer Branding actions and Social Media campaigns.
  • Coordinate with Universities and Payroll to manage student agreements, renewals, and hiring processes.
  • Provide regular reporting of results and maintain an HR Analytics view.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in specialist recruitment and/or internal career HR roles.
  • University degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Business Administration, or similar.
  • English language proficiency at C1 level.
  • Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Effective communication and listening skills.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
