Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

The AWWG Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and hiring top talent for our Internship & Graduate program. This role will work closely with hiring managers from various executive areas to ensure a seamless recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage recruitment processes to ensure timely and cost-effective hiring.
  • Develop and execute strategic talent acquisition projects, including Employer Branding and Social Media campaigns.
  • Build and maintain relationships with universities and payroll teams to ensure smooth student agreements and hiring processes.
  • Provide regular reporting and analytics to support HR decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in recruitment and/or internal career HR roles.
  • University degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or Business Administration.
  • English language proficiency (C1 level).
  • Microsoft Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint).
