Join Our Team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at INVERTO GmbH. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for the full-cycle sourcing and recruiting process in our Madrid office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify suitable candidates through all relevant channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.
  • Shortlist and manage applicants, conducting interviews and assessments to ensure the best fit for our company.
  • Collaborate with the international TA & EB team to ensure a steady talent pipeline for consulting and non-consulting staff.
  • Develop and implement local recruiting campaigns, social media activities, and employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  • Build relationships and manage target universities, organizing and attending talent fairs, university events, and workshops.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of professional experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in business English and Spanish, with a strong service focus in an international working environment.
