We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team at INVERTO, A BCG Company. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage suitable candidates through various channels, including professional networks and job boards.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with the international Talent Acquisition team to ensure a steady pipeline of candidates.
- Build relationships with target universities and manage university relations initiatives.
- Support the development and implementation of employer branding campaigns and social media activities.
- Act as a liaison between local staff and central HR functions, providing HR Operations support and collaborating with Staffing and Career Development teams.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of professional experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition.
- Experience in actively sourcing candidates on professional networks, including LinkedIn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in an international environment.
- Fluency in business English and Spanish, with intermediate level of Italian highly desirable.
