Join Our Team as a Talent Acquisition Specialist

At Selectra, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our dynamic team in Madrid. As a key member of our People and Organisation department, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for our commercial roles.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the recruitment process for commercial positions, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
  • Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts and relationships with potential candidates and partners.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process, from initial contact to onboarding.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
  • Fluency in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
