About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Manager to join our team at Empresa reconocida, a global leader in sustainable solutions for agriculture. Our company is committed to leading the change in food production systems through well-balanced agriculture, and we are looking for a talented individual to help us achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Implement a Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  2. Lead the Talent Acquisition Team: Manage and lead a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  3. Recruit Top Talent: Identify, attract, and recruit top talent globally, using a range of recruitment strategies and tools.
  4. Develop and Implement Employer Branding Strategies: Create and implement employer branding strategies that showcase the company's unique culture, values, and benefits, and attract top talent to the organization.
  5. Provide Training and Support: Provide training and support to line management on recruiting, interviewing, and selection processes, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to make informed hiring decisions.
Requirements
  1. Minimum of 5 Years' Experience: A minimum of 5 years' experience in human resources and/or recruiting fields, with a strong focus on talent acquisition delivery and recruitment strategy.
  2. Leadership Experience: 3+ years of previous talent acquisition lead/manager experience, preferably in international environments, with experience managing a team of talent acquisition specialists.
  3. Recruitment Strategy: Experience developing and implementing a recruiting strategy, understanding the competitive landscape for talents in the EMEA market, and using platforms such as LinkedIn, Infojobs, and Indeed.
  4. Language Skills: Excellent level of English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
  5. Project Leadership: Demonstrated project leadership, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
