Team Management
- Coach, train, and develop team members to create a strong organizational structure.
- Lead a team of 8 Talent Acquisition experts.
Strategic Planning
- Demonstrate innovation and creative thinking in developing recruitment strategies across various channels.
- Implement employer branding, referral, institutional/educational partnerships, and direct sourcing initiatives.
Financial Management
- Develop and present budgets for the region to the Executive Committee.
Communication
- Effectively communicate complex strategies to senior executives and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results.
Amaris Ambassador
- Represent the company's global standards and initiatives.
- Exhibit a positive and proactive attitude.
Compliance
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance in all processes.
- Support HR in maintaining GDPR and ISO standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Lead or Manager in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve.
- Proven ability to contribute to HR program development and implementation.
