Job Title: People & Culture Manager

Main Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the Iberian markets, ensuring timely and efficient fulfillment of hiring requirements.
  • Talent Management: Maximize employee potential through exceptional talent management practices, including leadership development, performance appraisal, and succession planning.
  • Culture and Employer Branding: Implement global and local strategies to enhance brand awareness, establish JTI as a leading employer in Iberia, and maintain our position as a Top Employer.
  • Learning and Development: Collaborate with the global L&D team to leverage opportunities for growth and development of Iberian talent, selecting and implementing appropriate learning methods, and exploring new approaches.
  • Diversity Equity and Inclusion: Manage diversity equity and inclusion initiatives, such as GES, Internship Programs, and Silver Talent, to ensure compliance and certification.
Requirements:
  • University degree; postgraduate qualification in Human Resources highly valued
  • 5+ years of solid experience in a related field, preferably in an international company
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office and SAP
  • Business travel required inside the Iberian Cluster as per business needs
