About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Lead is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and strategies for the Benelux & Nordics region. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Director, the successful candidate will:

  1. Team Leadership: Coach, train, and develop a team of 8 Talent Acquisition experts, creating a strong organizational structure.
  2. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies across various attraction channels, including employer branding, referral programs, institutional partnerships, and direct sourcing.
  3. Financial Management: Create and present a budget for the region to the Executive Committee.
  4. Communication: Effectively communicate with stakeholders, including the Executive VP and Regional Directors, and adapt to complex discussions.
  5. Cultural Ambassador: Represent the company's global standards and initiatives, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment.
  6. Compliance: Ensure legal and regulatory compliance within recruitment processes, supporting HR functions (GDPR, ISOs, etc.).

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be an experienced HR professional with a strong understanding of talent acquisition practices and processes:

  1. A minimum of 4 years of experience in a talent acquisition lead or talent acquisition manager role, with a proven track record in a fast-paced environment.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with attention to detail.
  3. Fluency in English and French.
  4. Ability to work independently, with problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  5. Proven ability to contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives to meet business needs.
