Key Responsibilities
  1. Design and Implement a Comprehensive Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic plan to attract, engage, and retain top talent globally.
  2. Lead the Talent Acquisition Team: Manage a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, providing guidance, coaching, and training to ensure they have the skills and expertise needed to succeed.
  3. Develop and Maintain Employer Branding Strategies: Create and implement Employer Branding strategies to establish our company as a unique and attractive employer, showcasing our values, culture, and benefits.
  4. Recruitment Life Cycle Management: Handle the full recruitment life cycle, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
  5. Metrics and Reporting: Develop and maintain robust metrics to measure talent acquisition effectiveness and performance, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
Requirements
  1. Minimum 5 Years' Experience in Talent Acquisition: Proven track record of delivering talent acquisition results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  2. 3+ Years of Talent Acquisition Lead/Manager Experience: Experience managing a team of Talent Acquisition Specialists, with a strong focus on leadership, coaching, and development.
  3. Experience in International Environments: Proven ability to work effectively in international environments, with a strong understanding of global talent markets and recruitment strategies.
  4. Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  5. Project Leadership and Analytical Skills: Proven ability to lead projects, analyze data, and make informed decisions to drive business results.
