Job Purpose


You will be responsible for the Customer Journey operational supervision in real time, following the established procedures in the department, in order to ensure the delivery of a great experience to our customers.


Main Accountabilities

  • Manage operative tasks and possible disruptions in the Customer Journey.

The Customer Response Agent has to:

  • Give direct support to the handling companies of all the Vueling network
  • Manage disruptions such as delays or cancellations.
  • Prevent other kind of disruptions like missed connections or overbookings.
  • Send communications to customers and airports.
  • Resolve operational procedures and doubts.
  • Manage flight claims, inadmissible passengers and authorities at the airport.

Main Relationships

  • OCC, Customer Care and Ground Operations.

Education

  • Minimum education required: high school diploma.
  • Preferably Degree in aeronautical management. (Desirable)

Experience

  • Minimum 1 year of experience working at the airport.

  • Dynamic person who can work under pressure and under fluctuant working rhythm.
  • Ability to adapt to new requirements in short time.
  • Quick decision making.
  • Analytical and creative problemsolving skills.
  • Accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Empathetic, patient, and supportive skills.

  • Teamwork skills.

Languages

  • English: At least B1
  • Spanish: C1

Other

  • Work in shifts from Monday to Sunday (H24)
  • We are looking for temporary positions
