**Job Purpose**
You will be responsible for the Customer Journey operational supervision in real time, following the established procedures in the department, in order to ensure the delivery of a great experience to our customers.
**Main Responsibilities - Tasks**
- Manage operative tasks and possible disruptions in the Customer Journey. The Customer Response Agent has to:
- Give direct support to the handling companies of all the Vueling network
- Manage disruptions such as delays or cancellations.
- Prevent other kind of disruptions like missed connections or overbookings.
- Send communications to customers and airports.
- Resolve operational procedures and doubts.
- Manage flight claims, inadmissible passengers and authorities at the airport.
**Main Relationships**
- iOCC, Customer Care and Ground Operations.
**Education**
- Minimum education required: high school diploma.
- Preferably Degree in aeronautical management.
**Experience**
- Minimum 1 year of experience working at the airport as a ground handling agent, a travel agent or in customer service.
**Competencies**
- Dynamic person who can work under pressure and under fluctuant working rhythm.
- Ability to adapt to new requirements in short time.
- Quick decision making.
- Analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Empathetic, patient, and supportive skills.
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Teamwork skills.

- English: At Least B2
- Spanish: C1
