Key Responsibilities- Data Analysis and Reporting: Extract, analyze, and prepare value-added reports to facilitate decision-making and drive business growth.
- Business Intelligence: Analyze KPIs, trends, and data measurement across all areas of the department to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Process Optimization: Analyze agent productivity and efficiency, as well as Call Center actions, to measure profitability and optimize operations.
- Improvement Proposals: Identify areas for improvement and propose quantifiable solutions to drive business growth.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular reporting and insights to internal teams, management, and directors to inform business decisions.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and manage departmental budgets and activity forecasts to ensure accurate financial planning.
- Education: University degree or equivalent in engineering, mathematics, statistics, or data science.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in customer services and call centers.
- Skills: High analytical skills, expertise in Office package, Power BI, Tableau, and other analysis tools, as well as experience in complex data analysis and programming with Python, R, and SQL.
- Languages: English C1, Spanish C1, and other languages desirable.
