Senior Scheduling Analyst

We are looking for a highly skilled Scheduling & Distribution Senior Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Scheduling and Distribution Team, you will be responsible for optimizing our flight schedule to meet operational and commercial targets.
Main Responsibilities:
- Produce, optimize, and maintain the flights schedule in coordination with our business areas, ensuring network optimization while operational feasibility.
- Collaborate with all areas to identify continuous improvements in producing the highest profitable schedules by balancing cost and revenue.
- Align and manage communication and approval processes between scheduling, Network, Commercial, Customer, and Operational areas.
- Manage schedule exchanges and updates with codeshare partners.
- Update schedules in sales systems, including management of schedule changes and codeshare partnerships with OAL.
- Publish and update schedules in the Navitaire platform, including passenger re-accommodation management.
- Publish and update schedules to GDS and other internal and external stakeholders.
- Produce and develop metrics, follow-ups, presentations, automations, and reporting.
Requirements:
- Degree in engineering, economics, airline management, or equivalent.
- More than 5 years' experience in airline-related positions, particularly in Network/Slots/Scheduling.
- Advanced user of Office package (specifically Excel and PowerPoint).
- Computer programming skills a plus.
- Knowledge of Scheduling and Flight Distribution Systems a plus.

- A team player.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills.
- Capable of working under pressure and with tight deadlines.
- Problem-solving oriented.
- Adaptable to changes.
Languages:
- Spanish: C1.
- English: minimum B2.
Location: Viladecans, Barcelona.
Level: Individual Contributor 5.
