¿Cuáles serán tus funciones?
- Atención y resolución de dudas académicas al alumnado, vía mensajería zendesk y telefónica.
- Gestión de trámites de excedencias, traslados de matrículas de proyectos finales y cambios de programas.
- Gestión de títulos y diplomas.
- Recuperar impagados, por vía departamento de calidad.
- Reporte de incidencias detectadas por el alumno, al equipo de soporte académico.
- Incidencias de pago con Alumnos.
Horario laboral:
de lunes a jueves de 11:45h a 21 horas, viernes de 12h a 19h.
