The role:

As the Head of Marketing, you will play a crucial role in driving our B2B marketing efforts, ensuring the successful execution of marketing strategies, and contributing to the overall growth of the company. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, agile environment, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and make significant contributions to the success of our SaaS platform.

What you will do:

Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies that align with the company's goals and drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth. Embrace a hands-on approach, being willing to work from scratch, and demonstrate the ability to execute marketing tasks autonomously and efficiently. Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment and support in lead generation and customer conversion efforts. Leverage data-driven insights to optimize marketing campaigns, measure performance, and continuously improve marketing effectiveness. Take ownership of event planning and execution, ensuring active participation and representation of our company at industry events and conferences. Hire, lead and manage junior marketing profiles, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to achieve outstanding results. Collaborate with external content generation partners to ensure high-quality content creation that resonates with our target audience. Champion new marketing initiatives, staying ahead of industry trends and competition, and proactively proposing innovative strategies to strengthen our market position. Cultivate a results-driven and collaborative marketing culture that fosters creativity, teamwork, and excellence.

This is you:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in B2B marketing, ideally within the SaaS or technology industry is a must 2-3 years of progressive experience in generalist marketing roles, with demonstrated growth in responsibility and ownership. Assertive and willing to defend and argue your position & capable of taking ownership of projects and driving them to successful completion. Strong skills to influence and persuade others, with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders to achieve exceptional results. A track record of driving successful marketing campaigns and initiatives. Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze and leverage metrics to optimize marketing performance. Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Energetic, dynamic, flexible and proactive, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You have a native or bilingual level of English.
