About the Role

Mitiga Solutions is seeking an experienced Sr. Product Marketing Manager to drive business growth through thought leadership and strategic marketing initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a product marketing strategy that drives business growth and revenue
  • Lead sales enablement and go-to-market initiatives to position our climate risk assessment solutions in the market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, science, strategy, sales, partnerships, and customer success to ensure alignment and effective execution
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and pain points to inform marketing strategies and tactics
  • Provide regular marketing reporting and insights to leadership to inform business decisions
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product marketing management, preferably in B2B SaaS, climate, insurance, or tech
  • Proven track record of driving business growth through thought leadership and strategic marketing initiatives
  • Strong understanding of complex scientific and technical products and ability to develop human-centric marketing strategies
  • Excellent collaboration and influencing skills, with the ability to lead from a thought leadership perspective
  • Experience building a full portfolio architecture is a plus
