Job Title: Principal Growth Product Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Growth Product Manager to join our team at Wallapop. As a key member of our product organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive product-led growth strategy aligned with our overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a product-led growth strategy that drives user acquisition and retention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to build and launch growth initiatives
  • Leverage data and analytics to inform product decisions and optimize growth performance
  • Identify and prioritize growth opportunities to drive user growth across the funnel
  • Contribute to future product strategies by leveraging growth levers to drive user and revenue growth
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in product management driving user growth in a consumer-facing product
  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Exceptional analytical skills and ability to leverage data to inform decision-making
  • Proven experience designing and executing A/B tests and other growth experiments
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and foster a positive, results-oriented environment
