At Manychat, Inc., we're seeking a talented Product Manager to lead growth-related initiatives and revamp the user discovery experience within our product. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for analyzing and improving the user journey during the discovery phase, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and developing successful metrics to enhance new user adoption of our product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and improve the user journey during the discovery phase
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, analytics, data engineers, product engineers) and lead the product team to deliver results
  • Develop successful metrics and implement initiatives to enhance new user adoption of the product
  • Extend the current product with new growth loops

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager focusing on metrics and delivering value to customers
  • Customer-centric mindset: a deep understanding of customer needs
  • Proficiency with A/B testing tools and analytical platforms; analytics background is a plus
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
