About the Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Product Manager to lead the development of our flight-related product offering. As a key member of our Product and Technology team, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of our platform.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and articulate a clear product vision and strategy for the Flight component, aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and user needs in the aviation industry.
  • Define and prioritize features and enhancements for the Flight product roadmap, based on user feedback, market demands, and business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful product delivery.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and seamless flight booking experiences for our users.
  • Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on product designs and functionalities.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the success of Flight products.
  • Analyze data and user feedback to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (2+ years) as a Product Manager, preferably with a focus on flight-related products or services.
  • Demonstrated success in driving product development and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience as a PM within the Travel Sector considered an asset.
  • Deep understanding of the travel industry, including airline operations, distribution channels, and industry trends.
  • Familiarity with flight booking systems, GDS platforms, and airline APIs is a plus.
