About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Marketing Director to lead the marketing efforts for an upcoming title at Blizzard Entertainment. As the Head of Global Brand, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, player engagement, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and execute a global marketing strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives.
  2. Lead a cross-functional team to create and implement marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, player acquisition, and retention.
  3. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication across all marketing channels.
  4. Manage and optimize marketing budgets to achieve business objectives.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies.
  6. Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors to support marketing initiatives.
  7. Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior leadership on marketing performance and ROI.

Requirements

  1. 10+ years of experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in the gaming or entertainment industry.
  2. Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business growth.
  3. Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  5. Ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
  6. Strong understanding of marketing channels, including social media, email, and paid advertising.
  7. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
