Role Overview:
In the capacity of Head of B2B Marketing, you will be instrumental in steering our marketing initiatives, ensuring the effective implementation of strategies, and contributing to the company's overall growth trajectory. This role offers the chance to thrive in a dynamic, agile environment, collaborate with various departments, and significantly impact the success of our SaaS offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and implement comprehensive B2B marketing strategies that align with corporate objectives, driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue enhancement.
- Adopt a proactive approach, demonstrating the capability to execute marketing tasks independently and efficiently.
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure cohesive efforts in lead generation and customer conversion.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine marketing campaigns, assess performance, and enhance overall marketing effectiveness.
- Oversee event planning and execution, ensuring our active participation and representation at industry conferences and events.
- Recruit, lead, and mentor junior marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Partner with external content creators to ensure the production of high-quality content that resonates with our target demographic.
- Advocate for innovative marketing initiatives, staying ahead of industry trends and proactively proposing strategies to strengthen our market position.
- Foster a results-oriented and collaborative marketing culture that encourages creativity, teamwork, and excellence.
Ideal Candidate:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, preferably within the SaaS or technology sectors.
- 2-3 years of progressive experience in general marketing roles, showcasing growth in responsibility and ownership.
- Assertive with the ability to advocate for your ideas and take ownership of projects, driving them to successful completion.
- Strong influencing and persuasion skills, capable of managing internal and external stakeholders to achieve outstanding results.
- A history of executing successful marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Data-driven mindset, with the ability to analyze metrics to optimize marketing performance.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Energetic, adaptable, and proactive, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English at a native or bilingual level.
