About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Marketing Manager to join our Spain Team at Suplari. As a key member of our marketing team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our business through data-driven paid marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, manage, and execute B2B data-driven paid marketing strategies focused on doctors and medical clinics for prospecting and lead generation in Spain.
- Co-create paid marketing strategies and set up KPIs in collaboration with the Head of Marketing and Global Head of Paid Marketing.
- Launch, monitor, optimize, and report results of all Paid Marketing channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn Ads & Affiliates) to maximize marketing investment and foster testing.
- Collaborate with Content Specialists and graphic designers to create high-converting landing pages.
- Communicate project status and follow up on stakeholder requests.
Requirements
- 4+ years of relevant experience with exceptional achievements in international, high-growth environments or performance agencies.
- Proven track record in managing and executing B2B paid marketing strategies with a direct impact on company revenue.
- Advanced knowledge of Paid Social and Google Ads optimization techniques and targeting strategies, bidding models, and ad units across different ad platforms.
- Landing page optimization experience is highly valued.
