Job Summary
We are seeking a highly analytical and autonomous Paid Marketing Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our Paid Acquisition team, you will be responsible for managing SEA campaigns, analyzing data, and identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Account management of SEA campaigns with a data-driven approach to maximize Return on Investment.
- Adjust our investments and bidding strategies based on performance.
- Monitor new campaigns, features, bidding strategies to improve our conversion rate.
- Identify, prioritize, and launch tests to improve performance in the Italian market.
- Improve user experience on our campaigns.
- Gather insights about our audiences regarding user behavior on our platforms to improve conversion rates.
- Conduct competitive intelligence and benchmark best practices in other industries.
- Data analysis: you are the owner of profitability and Key Performance Indicators on your accounts.
- Daily/weekly analysis of our campaigns (profitability, recommendations, and execution of the action plan) with our dashboards.
- Deep analysis of our campaigns and tests (auction insights, bidding impacts,...).
- Ad-hoc analysis about main KPIs (turnover, market shares, traffic,...) to find new opportunities.
About You
We are looking for a business or engineering school graduate with a strong interest in digital marketing and/or previous experience in this field. You should be very analytical, with strong Excel skills and ideally familiar with SQL. Native language level in Italian, fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
