About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Marketing Manager to join our Spain Team at Docplanner, a leading healthcare technology company. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for designing, managing, and executing our B2B paid marketing strategy to drive growth and revenue in Spain.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a data-driven paid marketing strategy to target doctors and medical clinics in Spain.
  • Collaborate with our marketing specialists to create high-converting landing pages and optimize our paid marketing campaigns.
  • Manage and optimize our paid marketing channels, including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to maximize ROI.
  • Work closely with our content team to create engaging and relevant content for our target audience.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in paid marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Proven track record of success in managing and executing paid marketing campaigns.
  • Advanced knowledge of paid social and Google Ads optimization techniques.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Native Spanish and outstanding English communication skills.
