Senior Paid Search Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Paid Search Manager to lead our EU Regional Paid Search team. As a key member of our Integrated Media Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive paid search strategies tailored to the EU market.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the EU Regional Paid Search team to achieve business goals and objectives
- Develop and implement paid search strategies aligned with overall EU marketing and business goals
- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance and progress towards long-term objectives
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to align on business goals and strategies
- Analyze key metrics, identify trends, and uncover insights to inform strategic decisions
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to inform strategic decisions
- 5+ years' experience in managing Search campaigns
- Proven track record of managing large-scale paid search campaigns and achieving significant results
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and lead junior team members
- Complete command and mastery of Paid Search Ads, including understanding of automated bidding, performance reporting, and storytelling using data
