**EU Paid Search Team Lead**

We are seeking a highly analytical and driven team lead to join our EU Paid Search team at Vistaprint. As a key member of our Integrated Media Team, you will contribute to the strategy and future vision of our Paid Search channel, leading a team of 5 Paid Search Specialists who manage Google and Bing campaigns across 15 EU markets.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the EU Regional Paid Search team to achieve business goals, conducting regular team meetings to review performance and progress towards long-term objectives.
- Develop and implement comprehensive paid search strategies tailored to the EU market, aligned with overall EU marketing and business goals.
- Report on EU performance, recapping weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance for our EU campaigns and answering questions from key stakeholders.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, such as Marketing AdTech, Finance, EU marketing, and other channels to align on business goals and strategies.
- Make data-driven decisions, handling key performance indicators, and possessing strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- 5+ years' experience in managing Search campaigns.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale paid search campaigns and achieving significant results.
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and lead junior team members.
- Complete command and mastery of Paid Search Ads, including understanding of automated bidding, performance reporting, and storytelling using data.
- Strong and willing team player, who isn't afraid to help others succeed in addition to achieving their own success.
