We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Search Manager to lead our EU Paid Search team. As a key member of our Integrated Media Team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive paid search strategies tailored to the EU market.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Lead a team of 5 Paid Search Specialists managing Google and Bing campaigns across 15 EU markets to achieve business goals.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement paid search strategies aligned with overall EU marketing and business objectives, staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Performance Reporting: Recount weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance for EU campaigns, analyzing key metrics, identifying trends, and uncovering insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Marketing AdTech, Finance, EU marketing, and other channels to align on business goals and strategies.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Make decisions based on data, handling key performance indicators, and possessing strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- 5+ years' experience in managing Search campaigns.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale paid search campaigns and achieving significant results.
- Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and lead junior team members.
- Complete command and mastery of Paid Search Ads, including automated bidding, performance reporting, and storytelling using data.
- Strong team player with autonomy in problem-solving and breaking down larger problems into smaller increments of work.
